Oh yeah ! 1 Year ago Karma: 3
i have started to get some pounds recently i have caught myself on getting 7 in 5 months. I have been married for a year and my wife isn't extremely excited about it . Any tips for me ? Wht to start with?
I dont want to ruin my newlywed life because of that.
P.S. i'm not a big fan of heavy equipment or not a good jogger! So maybe something else i can do?

hey
i did have some problems with that as well i'm a guy, as we got married i got 10-15 pounds after that as well. You know it is kinda you dont have to impress anyone anymore )))) but i was wrong my newlywed wife wasn't pleased )))). i couldnt go to the gym i had a baby and i had to be home, so what i did i started with regular stuff:jumping rope, pushups, pullups and a little bit of abs. i did it everyday for 1 month before it got into my habit (that was the hardest thing to do) , i stopped eating fast food, sodas a,d eating in general after 8 PM. i lost 20 pounds in 2 months.

Then i got into it and found a very good website: www.mensworkoutguide.com/brad_workout/week1.html
the guy does a lot of stuff there but you can put your workout however you want for your own convenience!
Really good workout

Hope i helped.

Wow man i like it !!!!
especially those tension bands. I made a little research on the net and found out that it made body leaner.
he has lots of programs there as well. Most of them are too much for me but i will pick up different exercises and do my own workout. BTW thanks for jumping rope tip.
