Healthy Weight is a Way! PDF Print E-mail

So you think after you got married that is it! You don't have to impress anyone and you are out off the market. You are so wrong. To lead a healthy life can reflect you and your newlywed spouse so much. It can effect the way you have your sex life, your emotional stability, your depression and stress level, your general physical well-being.

What you need to remember is that in this life we are surrounded by lots of factors which can effect our healthiness. Beginning from stress primarily at work and home, to eating unhealthy, not exercising and so on. Once you start putting those pounds it is like a swamp until you realize you are there completely stuck. And what happens next you have to work three times harder than you could if you used caution.

General Tips for healthy weight:

- try to stop eating after 7 P.M

- stop eating crap (no more junk try to swith gradually to salads by incorporating vegetables and fruits into your meals, always put protein into your salad, chicken, tune etc)

- find what would be the best time for you to exercise ( morning before work, after work) I personally find it easier and more productive to workout after work.

- start small don't get dumbells or something heavy, buy small 5 pound dumbells. (remember your goal is not getting big on a contrary you want to get rid off the mass)

- jogging, push ups, pull ups dips and jump rope and fitness ball and tension cords are perfect beginning for men and women to get rid of weight and shape up.

- what to do if you don't have anything from workout gear?  Go to Modell's and buy it !  Pull up bar costs about 30 $, tension cords about 25-35$, fitness ball costs around 40$ depending on a side

-yoga is very good for your general health to get your breating problems in hand. (here is a website which specializes in yoga equipment they have discounts

- if you need help and you can't do it by your self i would recommend you a training course with dvd and everything which you have to pay and it is a really good course

-there are also a couple of websites which i personally love: one is for men http://www.mensworkoutguide.com/home.html and for women http://www.bodyrock.tv/ for women and those programs are free the only thing they require is dedication
